This course assists the participant in completing  45 hours of DC Real Estate Education Course in preparation for taking the DC Property Manager's Examination.

This course is designed to help the candidate to understand the rules, regulations, and laws pertaining to landlord-tenant duties and responsibilities in the District of Columbia. Topics include, but are not limited to, D C Real Estate Laws, Rules & Regulations, Ethics, Property Management, DC Human Rights Act of 1977, Rental Housing Act of 1985, Rental Housing Condominium Conversion and Sales Act  of 1980, Fair Housing, ADA, Environmental Issues, and more.

Upon the completion of this course, the successful the participant will receive  a certificate of completion.
