Before 2016, the National Association of REALTORs (NAR) required all of its members to take a Code of Ethics course every four years, which is why it was formerly known as the NAR Quadrennial Requirement. This year, however, the Quadrennial requirement becomes a Biennial requirement, meaning that each REALTOR must now take a Code of Ethics course every two years.

Policy

 

Refund Policy: Refund request minus $25 fees will be honored up to five days prior to class. Thereafter NO REFUND, but transfer to one other session change permitted. Full refund, if course is canceled.

Return check policy: An applicant whose check is returned for insufficient funds will incur a $39 fee per occurrence. This fee is automatically payable along with the correct tuition without demand.

Pre-registration is required: at least five business days in advance or a $15 nonrefundable administrative fee will apply. Pre-registration assists us in preparing your materials in advance of your course date. You are pre-registered when your payment has cleared our bank.
