Over 40 Years in the Making
It started with a napkin, a restaurant menu, and one question: what would it take to teach real estate the right way?
Dr. Samuel Lee Edward Henderson founded HPDS in 1980 after completing his own continuing education and deciding he could teach it better himself. What began as classes held in church basements and hotel conference rooms has grown into a full curriculum approved across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, taught by a staff of credentialed instructors.
