This synchronous learning platform seven instructional hour course provides the student with an overview and a review of various aspects of Human Rights, Equal/Fair Housing, & ADA, etc. Special emphasis is placed on protecting the public from bias or discrimination or disparate impact in appraising. In systems engineering, in theory, to solve a problem one must first identify a need. First, what is fair housing? Who is fair housing for? When did the need for fair housing occur? Where is fair housing needed? Why do we need fair housing? How do we achieve fair housing? How is an appraiser impacted by fair housing requirements when proving service to the public? At the conclusion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion.
