Service Description

This synchronous learning platform seven instructional hour course is designed as an introduction to some of the concepts, resources, energy features, and benefits high efficiency homes. Also, it provides insight into the conversion of some of these features & benefits into property value. Topics include definitions, identifying energy efficient standards, energy sources, energy efficient features in residential housing, sources of energy loss, energy efficient financing, converting energy savings in value, and more. Finally, with time permitting, we will look at case studies and discover possible courses of action an appraiser might consider as solutions to elimination the potential for discrimination for each case presented. At the conclusion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion. Link to the course will be emailed 1 day prior to the class start.
