DC Agency Relationships Class

Service Description

This 3 instructional hour class is designed to assist persons desiring DC real estate license renewal in obtaining the required real estate continuing education for (DC Law 4-209). Topics include: Basic Agency, Brokerage Relationships, Designated Agency, and Agency Disclosure Laws. Upon the completion of this class, the successful Participant will receive a certificate of completion. DC approved or accepted. Link to the course will be emailed 1 day prior to the class start.
