DC Ethics Update Class

Service Description

This 3 instructional hour class is designed to assist persons desiring DC real estate license renewal in obtaining the required real estate continuing education for (DC Law 4-209). Topics include: DC Code of Ethics, Laws, Rules, & Regulations, REALTORS Code of Ethics, Appraiser Ethics, Predatory lending updates, Mortgage Fraud & Appraiser Fraud Updates, and more. Upon the completion of this class, the successful Participant will receive a certificate of completion. DC approved or accepted. Link to the class will be emailed 1 day prior to the class start.
