This 45 instructional hour course is designed to assist persons desiring DC real estate property managers license topics include: introduction to property management, landlord tenant relations, physical management, fiscal management techniques, administrative management techniques, rental condo conversion and sales regulations, property management math, operating expense, ratios & cash flow analyses and different types of property management and more. Upon The completion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion. DC approved or accepted. Link to the course will be emailed 1 day prior to the class start.
