DC Real Estate Pre-Licensing Salesperson

Service Description

This 60 instructional hour course is designed to assist persons desiring DC real estate salesperson’s license in obtaining the required real estate education for licensure, (DC Law 4-209). Topics include: agency, principles of real estate, ownership, legal descriptions, title records, fair housing, escrow accounts, antitrust, advertising, real estate law, property management, record keeping, appraisals, finance, code of ethics, settlements, and other related subject matter. Upon the completion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion. DC & VA approved or accepted.
