Service Description
This synchronous learning platform seven instructional hour course is designed as an introduction to some of the concepts, resources, and protocols for appraising homes for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) Federal Housing Administration FHA). Also, it provides insight into the forms to use and techniques and data analysis to perform in this process. Topics include definitions, components of a FHA appraisal report, FHA guidelines for residential appraisals, FHA checklist, adjustments, approaches to value, Fair Housing in appraising market analysis, and more. Finally, with time permitting, we will look at a case study and discover possible courses of action an appraiser might consider as a solution to forming an opinion of market value for a FHA appraisal assignment. At the conclusion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion. Link to the course will be emailed 1 day prior to the class start.
