Service Description
This synchronous learning platform seven instructional hour course provides the student with an overview and a review of various gap analysis in valuation. Special emphasis is placed on definitions, USPAP and gap analysis, identifying the market, avoiding appraiser bias, market research tools and resources, identifying trade areas, steps in gap analysis, types of gap analysis, calculating trade area supply and demand, analyzing leakage, illustrating trade area leakage, and more. Finally, with time permitting, we will look at a case studies and discover possible leakage. At the conclusion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion.
