This synchronous learning platform seven instructional hour class is designed as both an introduction and a refresher for appraisers of investment properties, as well as other real estate professionals. Topics include: Reviewing and analyzing operating statements, calculating equity, dividend rates, discounting, and constructing capitalization rates and more. Upon the completion of this class, the successful participant should have a working knowledge of these topics. Link to the class will be emailed 1 day prior to the class start.
