Service Description

This seven instructional hour class is designed to assist appraisers and users of appraisal services in understanding the techniques of multiple regression with simplicity. It covers such topics as: definitions in multiple regression analysis, using local real estate data, USPAP & multiple regression analysis, identifying and naming the variables, methods for modeling real estate data and more. Upon completion of this course, the successful participant will receive a certificate of completion. Link to the course will be emailed 1 day prior to the class start.
