This non-credit course assists the student in preparing for the District of Columbia (DC) Real Estate State Law portion of the licensing exam. Topics include a review of: DC real estate rules, regulations, laws, and acts, the Human Rights Act of 1977as amended, tenant opportunity to purchase, District opportunity to purpose, DC code of ethics, licensing requirements, brokerage relationships, advertising, and more.
